摘　　要：目的:通过对牙合龈距过低磨牙固定修复病例进行总结分析,探讨这类牙体缺损及牙列缺损进行固定修复时,牙周组织处理的几种方法的设计及疗效。方法:回顾了43例牙合龈距过低磨牙结合电刀龈切术,旋转式牙龈刮除术(rotarygingivalcurettage)等方法行固定修复的病例,并对修复体的远期效果进行跟踪随访,结合典型病例对这类治疗中的牙周处理方法进行总结分析比较。结果:经过1～3年的随访观察,发现牙合龈距过低磨牙固定修复时,对牙周进行适当处理后疗效较满意,修复体无松动,牙龈无明显红肿。结论:通过适当的牙周处理可使牙合龈距过低磨牙的固定修复取得较好的效果。Objective： Assess the effectiveness and periodontal treatment characteristic of fixed prosthesis for dental defect or defect of dentition in the region of molar with lower occlusogingival distance. Methods： 43 cases were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were restored with fixed prosthesis combined with rotary gingival crettage or electrosurgery methods and so on. The periodontal treatment procedure and the indications were summarized. Results： 43 cases were followed up for 1 ~3 years with satisfying results with proper periodontal treatment. No pathological alteration in periodontal tissue was present. Conclusion： Fixed prosthesis can obtain satisfying results in the region of molar with lower occlusogingival distance, provided that the proper periodontal treatment and correct tooth preparation technique is used.
