成年人前牙拥挤正畸修复联合治疗临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:评价成年人前牙列拥挤正畸修复联合治疗的临床效果。方法:11例成年人牙列中重度拥挤的患者接受了正畸修复一体化设计的治疗。其中舌侧错位5例,唇侧错位6例。术前根据模型分析的结果,决定需行邻面去釉的牙数量以及最后需进行冠修复的牙数,对将要冠修复的牙先进行邻面去釉解除拥挤,切端减磨减轻反牙合。用正畸技术排齐牙齿后,再按治疗计划进行冠修复和保持。共完成修复体18件,其中全冠15个,贴面2件,固定桥1件。结果:11例中疗程最短的为4.5个月,最长为6.5个月,后牙关系保持不变,错位牙矫正修复后牙髓活力正常,修复体外形颜色协调,牙龈健康。结论:成年人前牙拥挤正畸修复联合治疗是一种很有效的方法。Objective： To valuate clinical effect on adult crowded anterior dentition with unification methods of orthodontics and prosthetics. Methods： Multidisciplinary therapy was applied to 11 patients who have serious or medium malalinement, including 5 lingual malposition cases and 6 labial malposition cases. According to the model analytic results, doctors determined the number of sliced teeth. After decreasing crowded and cross-bite degree, we aligned teeth ,and finally full crowns were used to restore those teeth. Results： The process of therapy lasted for 5 months averagely, Relation of posterior teeth maintains steadily. Malposition teeth had vital pulp after correction, color of restorative teeth was harmonious, Gingiva was healthy. Conclusion： Unification therapy with orthodontics and prosthetics is an effective way to solve the adult crowded malalinement.
