摘　　要：目的:提高对原发性肾窦肿瘤的影像学认识。方法:报告1例经手术病理证实的肾窦血管平滑肌瘤的CT、肾动脉造影及肾盂静脉造影表现,并复习文献总结肾窦肿瘤的特异性表现。结果:CT表现为肾孟、肾盏受压,与肿块交界光整;肾盂静脉造影表现为肾盂受压,肾动脉造影无肿瘤异染表现。结论:CT、肾盂静脉造影能对肾窦肿瘤进行正确定位,并可以进行相对正确的定性诊断。Objective-Purtmse to improve understanding of the image manifestations of tumors of renal sinus. Methods：Report a case of angioleiomyoma of renal sinus with its manifestations of CT, IVP, angiography, and review related articles to conclude the distinctive findings. Results： CT exhibited as renal calyx was pressed , have a complete smooth boundary with tumors; IVP exhibited as renal calyx was pressed;Angiography exhibited as no special tumors dyeing. Conclusion： CT、IVP can go to orientation to renal sinus tumors precisely. can relatively Drecisely determine the nature of it.
