摘 要:对乙醇胺硫酸酯化法合成牛磺酸的工艺进行了改进,研究了各种因素对牛磺酸产率的影响,尤其是酯化阶段各反应因素的影响。研究表明,当酯化反应中原料混合温度为50℃左右,酯化温度为110℃,酯化收率超过98%。以此中间体合成牛磺酸,在90℃左右离心去盐后重结晶,其含量达99%以上,两步反应的总产率为72.60%,高于现行工艺的产率。The technology of synthesis of taurine by esterification of ethanol amine was improved, and the effect of various factors on the yield of taurine was studied, especially esterification reaction. Under esterification conditions of mixing temperature of 50 ℃, esterification temperature of 110 ℃, the esterification yield was over 98%. After sulfonation reaction, centrifugation desalting at 90 ℃, and recrystallization, the sulfonation yield was more than 99%. The overall yield of tuarine was 72.60%, considerably higher than that of the current technology.
