摘  要:为探明啤酒大麦优质高产栽培氮肥施用技术,在配施磷肥的前提下,2003~2004年研究了不同氮肥运筹对啤酒大麦扬农啤2号群体质量、产量和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响.结果表明,在基穗肥比相同时,随着施氮量的增加,扬农啤2号有效穗数、叶面积指数、群体干物质积累量和籽粒蛋白质含量随之增加;在同一施氮水平下,氮肥用量后移,扬农啤2号越冬期苗数、返青期苗数、最高茎蘖数、有效穗数均呈下降的趋势,成穗率、千粒重和籽粒蛋白质含量均呈上升趋势;综合考虑大麦群体质量、产量及籽粒蛋白质含量等指标,在本试验条件下,啤酒大麦扬农啤2号一生施纯氮225 kg/hm2,同时基穗肥比为8 ∶2时,籽粒产量最高,达到6 499.95 kg/hm2,且籽粒蛋白质含量符合酿酒业标准.To research into the N application techniques for high quality and yield culture of malting barley effects of different nitrogen application on population quality, yield and grain protein content of malting barley Yangnongpi 2 were studied with reasonable P proportion during 2003-2004. The results showed that under the same condition of the ratio of base and panicle fertilizer, the ear number, leaf area index, dry matter accumulation, grain protein content increased as the increase of nitrogn application amount. But at the same level of nitrogen the tiller of winter-growing stage, reviving stage, peak tillering and ear number decreased and earing percentage, 1 000-kernel weight and grain protein content increased as the increased nitrogen at the later development period. Under the experimental conditions, by adoping the combination of 225 kg/hm^2 N and basal : panicle N ratio of 8 : 2, the yield reached 6 499.95 kg/hm^2, protein content met the temporary in-dustrial standards of high quality malting barley.
