乌贼墨抗肿瘤活性的实验研究

摘　　要：用乌贼墨致敏小鼠后采集血清。体外试验证明，乌贼墨致敏血清对Ｌ＿（９２９）细胞有杀伤作用。致敏血清粗提液，经局部和静脉注射荷ＭｅｔｈＡ瘤鼠体内，２４ｈ后见肿瘤组织有出血、坏死，细胞核溶解等现象。乌贼墨的抗肿瘤活性可能是乌贼墨诱生了肿瘤坏死因子。fter mice were sensitized by sepia,their sera were cellected and tested for cytotoxic activity. The gross extracts of sensitized serum were locally injceted I.V. into the Meth A tumors of BALB/c mice.The results indicated that the sepia could induce the endogenous production of TNF.
