感染旋毛虫小鼠免疫功能变化的动态观察

摘　　要：本文对感染旋毛虫小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性，脾ＮＫ细胞杀伤活性和白细胞介素Ⅱ（ＩＬ－２）产生能力进行了动态检测。小鼠在感染旋毛虫后１～５周，上述三项指标均降低，与正常对照组差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示旋毛虫感染对宿主非特异性免疫及特异性免疫功能均产生非常明显的抑制作用，其中ＩＬ－２产生能力与ＮＫ活性的变化较一致，感染后第４周比第１周的免疫抑制更强（Ｐ＜０．０１）。The dynamic changes in immunological function of the mice infected with Trichinella spiralis were observed through the changes such as NK cell activity,microphogocytic,activity and the producing ability of IL-2.The results showed that the immunological funcion of the infect mice lowered than control group and there was outstanding difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The changes wree more remarkable during the fourth week ofter infection than the first week(P<0.01).This experiment confirmed tahat the immunological function of mice could be inhibited by Trichine lla spiralis.
