论电子政务在中国高等教育管理中的发展

摘　　要：从中国高等教育管理与电子政务的关系入手,运用对立统一规律和系统论原理,找出目前我国高等教育电子政务化过程中存在的主要问题,论述“传统管理模式”平衡过渡到“电子政务管理模式”的科学过程。Beginning with the relationship between the management of Chinese higher education and E-government, this article attempts, by appling“the Law of the unity of opposites” and “Systems Theory”, to point out the major problems about electrolyzing process of Chinese higher education administration and to describe the scientific process of transferring from traditional management model to E- government management model.
