尖叶提灯藓抑菌作用的初步研究

摘　　要：尖叶提灯藓抑菌作用的研究结果表明:每0.5g鲜草1ml纯水浸提液对4ml培养液的供试菌株均有抑制作用;随着浸提液稀释倍数的增加其抑菌能力减弱,16倍稀释液仅对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有部分抑制作用;抑菌能力强弱存在菌间差异,依次为枯草芽孢杆菌>沙门氏菌>蜡状芽孢杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠杆菌.此外,尖叶提灯藓浸提物具有较好的热稳定性,其抑菌因子尚待进一步研究.The result of researching an effect of Mnoum cuspidaum Hedw on restricting bacteriashows that 1ml purified soaking abstrcted liquid made from per 0.5g d Mnium cuspidatum Hedwhas an effect on bacterium plant provided for the experiment in 4mi training liquid; with theincrease of multiple d dilution d the liquid, its bacteria - restricting capacity deceases, and16- time amount of the dilution only has a paedal restricting effect on Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus ; strength and weakness of the bacteria - restricting capacity lie indifferences among bacteria, in turn Bacillus .subtilis 〉 Salmomella sp 〉 Bacillus cereus 〉 Staphylococcus aureus 〉 Escherichia coli, Furthermore, soaking abstracted object from Mniumcuspdaum Hedw has relatively good hot stability, whose bacteria- restricting thctor will expect robe further studied.
