摘　　要：建立和完善市场经济体制,是一项复杂的社会系统工作.建立现代企业制度,加强企业内部的管理,提高企业的市场竞争能力,其中加强成本管理工作是管理工作中重要的环节.It＇s a complicated social system job to establish and perfect market economy system. Establish modem enterprise system, strengthen the management of the enterprise inside and advance the market competitive ability of the enterprise. Strengthening the cost management is an important tache of management job among them.
