摘　　要：以系统评价思想为指导,提出了基于粗糙集理论的多目标评价方法,对舰船研制方案综合评价问题进行了研究,建立了综合评价模型,并通过算例表明,该方法用于舰船研制方案的总体评价比现行方法有明显的优越性.With the guidance of the thought of the system evaluation, the evaluation methodology with multiple targets based on the Rough Set theory is proposed. The integrated evaluation problem of the warship development alternative is studied. And the model of the integrated evaluation is established. The calculation of the proiect shows this kind of evaluation method is superior than the others.
