摘　　要：从浙江省高等教育大众化的现状及发展态势出发,论述了完善高等教育质量保证体制的重要意义,就如何建立和健全浙江高等教育质量保证体制作了研究和探讨。Based on the status quo and the situation of Zhejiang provincial higher education popularization, the paper expounds the significance of perfecting the quality guarantee system of the higher education, and discusses how to institute and improve the quality guarantee system of Zhejiang higher education.
