摘 要:以环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,用干法合成了阳离子淀粉,确定最佳合成条件如下:催化剂为NaOH,其用量为淀粉质量的1.2%,反应温度80℃,反应时间5小时,反应体系中水的质量分数为25%,取代度随醚化剂与淀粉摩尔比增大而增大,该摩尔比为0.9时取代度可达0.6以上,取代度在0.45以下时醚化剂反应效率超过80%.将20 g/L的取代度~0.4的阳离子淀粉溶液与2.0~2.5 g/L的HPAM溶液混合后在65℃下注入0.3 m长岩心,对水相的封堵率超过90%(23和5.6μm2岩心),对油相的封堵率达98%(4.0μm2岩心).在孤岛聚驱油田4口出聚严重的油井依次注入40 g/L的取代度~0.4的阳离子淀粉溶液和2.0~2.5 g/L的HPAM溶液并顶替至地层,3口井注入压力由0升至6 MPa,日产液量、含水量大幅下降,产油量大幅上升,出聚量分别由807、1042、1500mg/L降至458、458、500 mg/L;阳离子淀粉与HPAM生成的淀淀物堵塞可在地层稳定存在3个月以上.图5表4参12.Cationic starches are prepared by a dry process with epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as etherifying agent (ETA) and optical conditions of synthesis are established: NaOH as catalyst in amount of 1.2% of mass of starch; reaction temperature 80℃ ; reaction time 5 hrs; water in the reaction system 25% (m/m) ; degree of substitution DS, being increased with ETA to starch molar ratio (MR) and reaching 0.6 and higher at the MR=0.9; reaction efficiency for ETA〉80% when DS 〈 0.45. Aqueous solutions of cationic starch with DS≈0.4 of concentration 20 g/L and of HPAM of concentration 2.0-2.5 g/L are mixed and injected into 3 cores 0.3 m long at 65℃ and in result plugging rates 〉90% to water phase is observed in 2 cores of initial permeability 23 and 5.6 μm^2 and of 98% to oil phase--in core of 4.0 μm^2. In the polymer flood program district of Gudao oil field in Shengli, 40 g/L solution of cationic starch with DS≈0.4 and 2.0-2.5 g/L solution of HPAM are injected into 4 production wells and displaced to the reservoir stratum (strata) and in 3 wells of the 4, the injection pressure is increased from zero to 6 MPa, the daily fluid production and water cut are decreased notably and daily oil production-increased notably, the polymer production is decreased from8077,1042, and 1500 mg/L to 458,458,and 500 mg/L, respectively. The precipitates of cationic starch and HPAM from solution create stable blockages persistent in strata over 3 months.
