摘 要:人类的饮食生活作为一种复杂的文化现象,有着丰富的文化内涵。饮食文化是民族文化中的重要组成部分。在历史发展的长河中,由于生存环境、生产方式、社会风俗、宗教信仰、经济发展水平等诸多方面的差异,不同地区和民族的饮食在饮食结构、餐饮习惯及饮食营养观念等方面都表现出各自的独特性,从而形成了各具特色的饮食文化。饮食文化的差异也能从侧面反映出一个民族的性格、思维方式等。因此,进行中西饮食方面的文化对比是有其现实意义的。本文从民族文化心理出发,剖析了中西方饮食文化的差异的具体表现,并分析了造成此差异的深层的哲学上的根源。As a complicated cultural phenomenon, the custom on food and drink of the human being has rich connotations. The culture on food and drink is an inseparated and essential part of the national culture. In the development of mankind's long history, due to the differences on living environment, the way on production, social customs, economical development, people of various areas and nationalities all show their uniqueness on eating structures, characteristics character and eating customs and nutrition concepts as well, which results in numerous cultures with special on food and drink. The cultural differences on food and drink can partially reflects a nation's thinking mode and so on. Therefore, the comparison between east and west on food and drink has some realistic significance to some extent. Based on the cultural differences on food and drink between east and west, this article makes an analysis on the concrete aspects of such differences and also points out the philosophical origins of such differences.
