摘  要:目的调查护理专业毕业生的就业现状,以促进学校完善办学理念,改革教学模式,加强毕业生就业指导和服务工作。方法采用问卷调查的方法进行资料收集,以FOXPRO 6.0建立数据库,使用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计处理。结果高职班与中专班毕业生的就业率、就业单位的所有制形式及就业医院的等级有显著性差异,2种类型的毕业生在用工性质、医院的种类、用人单位的地点及对就业的满意度方面无显著性差异。结论学校在办学理念上,必须准确定位,突出特色。加强就业指导工作,建立职业化的就业指导队伍。转变就业指导观念、模式、内容和方法。毕业生应树立6个意识,即准确定位、自力更生、敬业爱岗、终身学习、团队合作、诚信守约。Objective To investigate and analyze the employment present situation of graduate, promote school to perfect running school concept, reform teaching patterns, strengthen graduate employment guidance and service routine. Methods Adopting the Method of questionnaires investigation to collect information, establishing database and use SPSS 10.0 software to make statistics of analysis. Results The employment rate, the ownership form of employment unit and the grade of the hospital have significance discrepancy between the graduate of high duty class and secondary specialized or technical school. There are no significance discrepancy in using work nature, kind of hospital and the place of unit between two types graduate. Conclusions The concept for running a school must be accurate to position, stress characteristic. Establishing the professionalism employment guidance troops, changing idea, pattern, content and method. Graduate should set up 6 consciousnesses, these are accurate to position, self--reliant, respects trade to like hillock, lifelong study, group team cooperation and sincerity guard contract.
