摘　　要：以综合实验室管理为题,从“管理方式、提高队伍素质、严格考核制度、完善管理制度、创新管理模式”5个方面入手,阐述了如何进行高校综合实验室的管理。实践证明,这一举措有力促进了实验室工作整体水平的提高,推动了实验室的管理、建设和发展。This article expounded how to carry on the management of respects： management style, raising team quality, strict assessment, management mode.
