摘　　要：介绍了基于PDU格式的短信格式,为厦门市地震遥测台网开发了地震定位信息的发送平台, 使在发生地震后能够快速地进行三要素的发布,作为应急救援快速反应的信息支持。这一平台在福建、其周边及台湾省发生的地震响应中得到了检验,为厦门地区的救灾决策提供了支持。The short message format of mobile phone and the program that used to deliver location information of earthquake for Xiamen Seismic Telemeter Network are introduced. The program greatly improves the speed of location message delivering after damage earthquake occurrence. As a part of EMERGENCY and AID program, it played a very important role. This program has deployed for several years and proved to be efficient.
