三种浆纱机的性能对比与应用分析

摘　　要：对三种双浆槽、全烘筒浆纱机———S432型、HS20-Ⅱ型和GA308型浆纱机的上浆机构、烘燥方式等性能特点进行了分析,采用相同浆料配方对三种机型的上浆效果进行了对比,指出了三种浆纱机适合生产加工的品种和在实际使用过程中存在的问题及解决办法。Property speciality such as sizing mechanism, drying manner and so on of S432, HS20- Ⅱ and GA308 sizing machine which is double size boxes and whole drying can were analyzed. When using same size mixture formula, sizing effect of the three machines were compared. The suitable processing variety of the three sizing machine and existing problems ＆ resolving methods in practice were pointed out.
