摘　　要：文章给出了一个基于规则的英语TTS(Text-To-Speech)系统的设计与实现方法。系统以音素作为合成基元,建立音素字典,使用基于规则的文本分析算法将输入英语句子转换成音素序列,使用基音同步叠接相加(PSOLA)算法合成语音。仿真结果表明,合成语音清晰可懂。This paper is intended to present a design and implementation for a rule-based English TI＇S system. Our system uses phonemes as the basic synthesis unit, establishes a phoneme dictionary, and transforms the input into its corresponding phonemic sequence through morphologic and simple syntactic text analysis. Synthetic speech is based on PSOLA algorithm. Experimental results indicate that our synthesized speech is clear and understandable, providing a prospective of further research.
