摘 要:提出了一种新型的双向Buck组合型逆变器,该逆变器采用两组独立、对称的双向Buck电路,结合滑模控制策略,实现高性能的交流信号功率放大.给出了电路的工作原理,对新型Buck逆变器拓扑进行了小信号建模和开环分析.给出了滑模控制方案,分析了滑模控制的存在条件和稳定性条件,并推导了滑模控制系数.通过1.0 kW的实验证明了分析设计的正确性.该功率放大器可以实现交流信号的准确跟踪和放大,输出频率范围可达1.0kHz.滑模控制方案能够有效克服系统参变量变化和外部扰动,充分发挥快速响应和鲁棒性强的优点.A novel DC-AC switched mode power amplifier based on sliding mode control (SMC) was presented. The inverter is composed of two independent current hi-directional Buck converters with sliding mode control, and achieves high-performance AC signal power amplification. The inverter topology was analyzed by small signal modeling with different operating conditions, and the existence and stability of the sliding mode controller was particularly discussed. The design of SMC parameters was also analyzed for stability, robustness and dynamic response. Experimental results from a 1.0 kW prototype were included to verify the conclusion. The SMC inverter is robust against both external disturbances and variations of load and input voltage, and the power amplifier can accurately track and amplify AC signals at frequency of up to 1.0 kHz.
