摘　　要：本文在资源外包研究的基础上,探讨了资源外包网络形成特点,提出资源外包网络形成路径研究的四个基本假设,并构建描述资源外包网络形成路径的演示性、趋势性模型。最后,结合实际案例对资源外包网络形成路径模型进行演示,总结出影响资源外包网路径形成的因素。On the basis of the research of outsourcing network, the characteristics of forming outsourcing network are stated. The four basic premises concerning the pathway of forming outsourcing network are given, afterwards, the model of pathway of forming outsourcing network is provided which is only a demonstration and tendency. Finally, the thesis demonstrates the pathways with enterprise cases and summarizes the factors on forming outsourcing network.
