摘　　要：目的探讨医疗、护理安全与护士的职业道德水平关系。方法通过对护士进行职业道德教育;加强自我修养;更新护理理念;倡导人文关怀;提高护理人员素质,增强责任心;不断提高护理的理论﹑业务水平;加强护患沟通;加强法制教育,提高法律意识;提高护士的职业道德境界。结果医疗﹑护理安全大大提高,医疗纠纷发生率明显下降。结论随着我国医疗卫生事业改革日渐深入及医疗服务市场的变化,以及人民文化﹑生活水平的提高,患者的法律观念﹑经济意识和自我保护意识不断增强,医疗纠纷防范与医疗安全管理已成为当前医疗工作的重点,护士接触病人的时间和机会最多,护理工作量大,牵涉面广,持续时间长,医院医疗﹑护理质量的高低、优劣,与护理人员的工作密切相关,在医疗﹑护理安全活动中,护理安全担当着一个重要角色,因此,通过对护士进行职业道德教育;加强自我修养;更新护理理念;提高护理人员素质,增强责任心;不断提高护理的理论﹑业务水平;加强护患沟通;加强法制教育,提高法律意识,提高护士的职业道德境界,将有利于提高医疗﹑护理安全,减少医疗纠纷发生。Objection To explore the relationship between medical treatment and nursing safety and nurse s professional ethics. Method To undertake the to the nurses, including strengthening the self-cultivation and renewing the nursing idea and advocating people civilized concern, and raising the diathesis of nursing staff, reinforce the responsibility, increasing the theory of nursing and professional level constantly, strengthening the communication between nurses and patients, strengthening the legal education, raising legal consciousness, increasing the milieu of professional ethics and moral education. Result The safety increases significantly, the incidence rate of medical treatment and nursing disputes reduces significantly. Conclusion Under the reform of medical health service and the change of medical service market day by day, and the improvement of and people＇s culture, living standard, the patient＇s legal ide, the economic consciousness and sense of self-protection strengthen constantly, the precaution of medical dispute and medical safety management becomes the focal pointingof medical service at present, the time and chance that the nurse contact the patient are most, the nursing work load greatly, concern is wider, duration is longer, There is closely relation between the nursing quality and the work of nursing staff, the nursing safety takes on a important role in medical treatment and nursing safety, therefore, strengthening the self-cultivation and renewing the nursing idea and advocating people civilized concern, and raising the diathesis of nursing staff, reinforce the responsibility, increasing the theory of nursing and professional level constantly, strengthening the communication between nurses and patients, strengthening the legal education, raising legal consciousness, increasing the the milieu of professional ethics and moral education do benefit in increasing nursing safety and reducing the incidence rate of medical treatment and nursing disputes reduces.
