摘 要:目的了解护理人员的压力以及人口学基本特征对压力的影响,为科学管理提供决策基础。方法采用普查的方法对全院护士进行问卷调查,对数据进行单因素差分析或T检验。结果压力得分段最多为52~62分组,占总人数的16.88%:其次为63-73分组,占总人数的15.99%。影响压力得分的因素有:护士的工作时间(P<0.000 1)、职称 (P=0.0114)、学历(P<0.05)、工作方式(P=0.0053)、佣工性质(P=0.0023)、家庭月收入(P=0.0222)和工作科室(P=0.0006)。结论为护士的继续教育提供条件,根据护士不同的工作方式和各临床科室的特点,在劳务分配上给予倾斜,从管理的角度减轻护士的压力。Objective To study the work stress rating of nurses, relative influence of personal and work demographics on work stress for the scientific decision-making of nursing management. Methods Questionnaire was distributed to all nurses in Tongji Hospital, univariate analyses was used to process the data. Results The score of compressive stress assessment is mostly in subsection 52-62, occupying 15.99%. The factors affecting compressive stress are mainly: nurses' work time (P〈0.0001), the title of a technical pest (P〈0.0114), doploma (P〈0.05), way of working (P=0.0053), nature of employment (P=0.0023), family income per month (P=0.0222) and thevr work section (P=0.0006) . Conclusion Providing time and economic support for nurses to get higher education and continuous study, giving different pay for nurses working on shifts or in different clinical department, for the purpose of alleviating stress of nurses.
