摘 要:从交通的基本概念和目标讲起,纠正了以往对交通与运输、道路与街道在概念上的误解。论述了交通与城镇发展的关系和交通对地价的影响,提出要注重交通网络规划、建设的超前性和引导性。以上海、北京和波哥大市为例,说明了出行距离和出行时耗的特征,包括出行距离和出行量、出行时耗和出行方式的关系研究。最后,从三个方面论述了交通方式的转移,其一是公交与非公交方式的转移;其二是居民收入和出行方式的关系;其三是交通工具的发展,总体上从方式转移原理、相关影响因素和发展趋势展开研究。The basis conception of transport is introduced. The confusion between traffic and transportation, street and road is corrected. The relationship between transport and development of town, the influence of land-value due to transport is discussed. At the same time, the idea of the importance of traffic network planning and taking into account traffic before land use is involved. Taking Shanghai, Beijing and Bogota for example, the paper explains the properties of travel distance and travel time consumption, and researches the relationship between travel distance and travel volume, travel time consumption and travel mode. At last, depending on three aspects to discuss people why and how to choose their travel mode, it includes the transfer of public transportation and other transportation, the relationship between resident income and travel mode, and the development of vehicle. In conclusion, the paper helps us find out the influence relate to travel mode transfer and its reason, and research the tendency of travel mode transfer.
