摘　　要：DRP是基于IT技术和预测技术对不确定的顾客需求进行预测分析,以规划确定配送中心的存货、生产、派送等能力的计划系统。实施DRP系统,企业可以实时了解各级库存,对订单进行快速处理,对应收账款、信用额度进行管理。实现DRP必需具备高层领导的支持、组织良好的团队、灵活运用技术、系统的整合等关键因素。DRP is a plan system based on IT and forecast technology to forecast and analyze uncertainty consumer demand and to plan and confirm stock, production and distribution of delivering center. Through DRP, enterprises can know every level stock on time, handle with orders quickly, and manage receivables and credit. To carry out DRP need support of high leader, good team, flexible application technology, and whole system.
