摘  要:阐述了地板表面漆膜裂纹产生的原因及聚氨酯漆紫外光固化的原理。通过改变从紫外线的强度,设计了4种工艺方案,用于红栎多层实木复合地板的漆膜干燥,并在试验室条件下测定地板漆膜的韧性,对漆膜质量进行评价分析。This article analyzes the factors that cause surface cracking during the drying process for parquet and the curing principle of polyurethane coating by ultraviolet irradiation method. To investigate how ultraviolet affected the coating quality, the authors arranged four experiments to dry red oak parquet by ultraviolet radiation under different intensity conditions. The coating qualities were examined in terms of the time to initiate cracking and total crack area. Great differences were found in coating quality among different parquets, which showed the importance of suitable irradiation power to ensure coating quality.
