摘　　要：介绍了PCL-833三轴正交编码计数卡的基本结构和主要性能,简要描述了弧齿锥齿轮传动误差的产生机理,并阐述了其测量工作原理以及实现过程。提出了利用PCL-833卡作为数据采集卡的传动误差测量方法,设计出了基本的测量系统,给出软件实现的部分代码。The basic structure and main functions of PCL - 833 3 - axis quadrature encoder and counter card are introduced. The transmission error generation theory of the spiral bevel gears is described briefly. Its measurement theory and realizing process are elucidated. The transmission error measurement method which uses PCL - 833 as a data acquisition card, is presented. The basic measurement system is designed. Some codes of the software realization are given.
