摘  要:对三个发展阶段的柴油机外特性进行对比,认为用目前的匹配理论对新型柴油机与变矩器的匹配进行分析是不合理的。提出将变矩器工作效率区的中部配置在新型柴油机“等功率”曲线段中部,使变矩器的高效率工况和柴油机高功率工况尽量重合,选择3 ̄4个匹配位置,分别作出以涡轮轴输出转矩为自变量的输出功率特性进行比较,选择具有最大平均输出功率者作为最佳匹配位置,并给出新的变矩器有效直径确定公式。External characteristics of three developing stages of diesel engines are compared. It is considered that the analysis on the match between new engines and torque converters with current match theory is inadequate. It is suggested that the middle section of work efficiency range of torque converter should be adapted to the middle section of 'constant power' curve of the new engine, so the high efficiency condition of torque converter could best coincide with the high power condition of engine. Taking output torque of impeller shaft as independent variable, output power curves are plotted and compared at three or four selected match conditions respectively. The maximum average output power one is selected as the best match condition. New equation to calculate the effective diameter of torque converter is also presented.
