摘  要:目的:研究脉冲Nd:YAG激光在不同能量和不同频率下照射犬牙硬组织后,与光敏树脂间的拉力大小,为临床研究提供依据。方法:选择一致性较好的活体狗牙,用高速钻头制备各类洞型。分别用磷酸腐蚀和不同能量和频率的脉冲Nd:YAG激光进行照射,以光敏树脂进行光固化后做拉力实验并进行比较。结果:实验证明用脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射犬牙硬组织,在特定参数下,拉力显著增加。结论:用脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射代替磷酸进行牙齿表面处理可增加牙齿与光敏树脂间的粘结力。Objective: To analyze the bond strength between photosensing resin with dogtooth exposed to the pulsed Nd:YAG laser followed different energy and frequency. Methods: Many kinds of cavity have been made with high speed wheel in vivisectible dogtooth. Then the teeth were processed with phosphme - cauterization and pulsed laser- irradiation. Then the bond strength experiment would be done. Results: The experiment has indicated the feasibility of pulsed Nd: YAG laser irritation to etch enamel and dentin. Compare with phosphine cauterization, the bond strength of composite to enamel and dentin has been stronger with given parameters. Conclusion.Substituted phosphine cauterization with pulsed Nd: YAG laser irritation can increase the bond strength between photosensing with dogtooth..
