摘 要:目的:比较渗漉法提取物(Ⅰ)和使用索式提取器提取的提取物(Ⅱ)的抗脂质过氧化作用。方法:用腹腔注射四氯化碳致小鼠肝脏损伤模型,比较Ⅰ和Ⅱ对肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:与模型组相比,Ⅰ和Ⅱ均能显著提高动物模型中肝脏SOD活性和降低MDA含量,Ⅱ的作用更强。结论:使用索式提取器提取的提取物具有更强的抗脂质过氧化反应的作用。Objective: To compare different therapeutic efficacy of different extracts with the method of percolate ( Ⅰ) and with Soxhlet' s extracter ( Ⅱ ). Method: The acute hepatic injury mode was prepared by EEl4 injected intraperitoneally, then, the therapeutic efficacy of Ⅰ and Ⅱ on the model were evaluated by the activity determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver. Result: The content of the MDA content in liver was significantly increased and the activity of SOD was laegely inhibited in the animals of model group, following the treatment with Ⅰ and Ⅱ , MDA content in liver was significantly reduced and SOD activity was obviously increased in the mice of treatment group. But MDA content reducing was displayed significant difference efficacy by Ⅰ and Ⅱ , larger effect was made by Ⅱ . Conclusion: The method with Soxhlet' s extracter possesses stronger prevention to the peroxidation action.
