摘　　要：在合并高校中,原各校图书馆办馆理念、馆舍情况各异,服务布局就更加多样。图书馆合并后必须通过重新整合服务布局和资源有效配置才能达到提高管理效率和办馆效益的目的,才能充分发挥丰富馆藏资源的作用。作者结合本馆实际探讨了合并高校如何通过图书馆服务布局整合提高图书馆服务功能、办馆效益。参考文献3。In the merged universities, as the variety of previous schools＇ library -running idea and library building situation, the service layout becomes diverser. In order to achieve the enhanced management efficiency and library --running benefit, the merged library must reconform the service layout and dispose the resources effectively. Only in this way can we fully display the rich collection resources＇ function. Combining the example of their own university＇s library, the author discusses how the merged universities to promote the library service function and running benefit through conforming the library service layout. 3 refs.
