高校实施分阶段职业生涯规划教育探析

摘　　要：本文分析了当前大学生就业过程中存在的突出问题,阐述了在大学生中实施职业生涯规划教育的必要性;提出了高校实施分阶段职业生涯规划教育的理念,将大学生的职业生涯规划教育分为了三个阶段,并相应地制定了阶段性目标和措施。This paper analyzes the problems of undergraduates in getting a job and elaborates the necessity of the education on career planning. In this paper, the concept of the scalary education on career planning is put forward, the education on career planning is divided into three stages,and target and measures for each stage are established.
