摘　　要：创新是知识经济的灵魂和动力。适应知识经济时代,我们应该培养高素质的创新人才。本文主要介绍了高校研究生在创造性人格上的现状,分析了创造性人格与研究生创新能力之间的关系,强调培养研究生创造性人格的重要性,并就研究生创造性人格的培养和塑造提出一些建议和思考。Innovation is the spirit and power in knowledge economy. To be adapted to the new time, we should cultivate innovative talents with high quality. This paper mainly introduces the present status of high colledge gradnates creative quality, analyzes the recationship between the creative quality and creative ability, emphasizes on the impontance of the creative, quality cultivation, and proposes some suggestion to its configuration.
