摘　　要：利用Solid Edge软件对采煤机进行三维实体造型,利用软件相互通讯,在MSC.V isual-Nastran 4D软件中建立采煤机虚拟样机,对其进行物理运动仿真和受力分析,验证了样机建模过程的合理性,也为两软件的有机结合提供经验参考。In this paper, we set up a 3D model of shearer by Solid Edge software. By communication between softwares, we build a virtual prototype in the MSC software. VisualNastran 4D. The physical motion simulation and mechanical analysial of shearer are carried out. We validate the rationality of the prototype module building process. This paper provides some experience for integrating two softwares.
