摘 要:目的:分析恒牙早期安氏I类和Ⅲ类错畸形之间舌骨位置的变化,为临床诊疗工作提供参考。方法:测量恒牙早期2种错畸形在正中位所拍摄的头颅侧位片的16项指标,并对测量数据进行统计分析。结果:2种错之间的4个项目即At-APH、S-APH、A-APH、N-APH的测量结果有统计学差异。结论:安氏Ⅲ类错的舌骨水平位置较安氏I类错前移。Objective:To investigate the hyoid bone position on the cephalometric radiographs of patients with early permenant dentitions and Class Ⅰ or Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods:The cephalometric radiographs were taken in centric occlusion and 16 measures were performed on tracing in 30 cases of Class Ⅰ malocclusion and 30 of Class Ⅲ, the data were statistically analysed. Results:At-APH and S-APH in Class Ⅰ malocclusion were shorter than those in Class Ⅲ ( P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01 respectively) while A-APH and N-APH were longer( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:Hyoid bone in the children with Class Ⅲ malocclusion is more anterior than that in those with Class Ⅰ.
