高频超声在诊断颌下腺结石中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究高频超声在诊断颌下腺结石中的临床价值。方法运用高频超声对51例有颌下腺肿大或伴疼痛的患者检查。结果发现颌下腺导管内或腺体内探及强回声团伴声影(结石),共23例,并对结石进行精确测量、定位,同时与健侧对比。结论高频超声不仅对颌下腺结石有较高的诊断准确率,同时,能精确测量大小并定位,有助于临床治疗。Objective To research the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of submandibular gland calculus. Methods 51 patients who have tumefaction or ache of submandibular gland were scanned by high-frequency ultrasound. Results We found strong echo and acoustic shadow （calculus）in submandibular gland or ductus of 23 patients,the size and position of the calculus were measured precisely and compared with the narmal side. Conclusions High-frequency Ultrasound not only has relatively higher accuracy in diagnosis of submandibular gland calculus,but also can measure the size and position of the calculus for guiding clinical therapy and learn the extent of inflammation of the gland.
