摘 要:本文对莫来石/氧化锆/碳化硅复相陶瓷进行了N2气氛中常压烧结的研究。实验结果表明:SiC粒子添加量≤20vol%时,材料均可致密烧结并可获得均匀的微观结构。SiC粒子的加入使材料的力学性能较莫来石/氧化锆(ZTM)陶瓷有明显提高,并在SiC含量为10vol%时达到峰值,室温强度和断裂韧性分别为601MPa和58MPam1/2,接近热压材料。Pressureless sintered SiC particles/dispersed ZrO 2/toughened mullite multiphase ceramics in a N 2 atmosphere were studied.The results showed that the densification and homogeneous microstructure could be obtained when the SiC P content was less than or equal to 20 vol%.The mechanical properties of the materials with SiC particles were obviously improved compared with that of ZTM ceramics,the maximun values of flexural strength and fracture toughness at room temperature were 601MPa and 5.8 MPam 1/2 respectively for ZTM 15 /SiC P with 10 vol% SiC P content,almost reaching the values of hot-pressed materials with the same compositions.Simultaneously,it was found that the N 2 atmosphere had a significant effect on ZTM ceramics during the densification process.
