摘　　要：目前文化与经济、政治相互交融,在综合国力竞争中具有重要地位。建设“文化广西”,是形势发展的需要。我们要充分认识广西文化建设的现状和总体态势,提出切合实际的文化发展的总体思路、战略目标和政策措施。In present society, culture is of great importance to a country＇s general competency as it links closely to economy and politics. This special situation calls for a “cultural Guangxi”, so we should fully realize the actual status of the cultural construction in Guangxi and think out suitable idea and corresponding measures of how to fulfill this goal.
