摘  要:目的探讨电子束CT(electron beam computed tomography,EBCT)在颌面部Le Fort骨折诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法采用美国Imatron公司电子束CT对27例所致颌面部复杂性Le Fort骨折进行薄层CT扫描及三维重建。手术验证重建准确性。结果EBCT成像技术能够立体、详尽和精确地显示颌面部骨骼的三维结构和相邻关系,可清楚显示各型Le Fort骨折及移位情况,为准确掌握病情、诊断及合理制定手术方案提供了重要的依据。经手术复位及坚强内固定后,患者最大程度达到解剖学和功能上的恢复。结论EBCT三维重建技术是诊断和评价颌面部复杂LeFort骨折的最主要方法之一,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical values of the electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) in diagnosis and treatment of craniofacial Le Fort fractures. Methods EBCT and three-dimensional reconstruction was done in 27 cases with complicated craniofacial Le Fort fractures to evaluate the accuracy of reconstruction. Results BECT could display three-dimensional structure and relationship with adjacent tissue of the craniofacial skelectons stereoscopically, exhaustively and precisely as well as show clearly the bone changes of all types of Le Fort fractures, as provided a lot of information for master of fracture condition, accurate diagnosis and reasonable operation plan. Operational reduction and stable internal fixation helped reach recovery of anatomy and function. Conclusion EBCT is one of most valuable methods for diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of complicated Le Fort craniofacial fractures, with significant clinical value.
