摘　　要：高职高专旅游专业是我国旅游教育的重要组成部分,其人才培养关系到能否实现"旅游强国"的宏伟目标。由于我国旅游专业教育起步较晚,在人才培养的模式上还处于不断地探索阶段。本文根据近几年的教学实践,针对高职高专的特色以及旅游市场人才需求特点,需要对旅游人才的培养理念、目标和模式进行新的思考,从教学结构、师资队伍建设、学生素质和能力培养几个方面探索旅游人才培养模式。Tourism specialty in the Academy ＆ Vocational college is important component of high tomrism education, tourism talents relate to the big travel country. Because tourism education has been just started in our courtry, the mode of cultivating tourism talents is still beening discussed. With the special features of the high vocational school and characteristics of travel market, We need to newly consider fostering principle,target and mode, proceeding to with the mode from the teaching construction; student＇s knowledge, character, ability construction.
