摘　　要：创建世界一流大学需要有独具特色的大学精神。大学是一种独立的文化机构,大学精神归根到底是人文精神、科学精神、独立自主的探索精神和批判精神。当前我国大学精神的危机,迫切要求我们重建大学精神,我们认为,塑造我国大学精神的基本策略是:加强校园精神文明建设,引导大学校园人的精神需求,凸现科学与人文精神教育,发掘传统文化中的精神教育资源,组织关于大学精神的积极对话,建立和健全现代大学制度。The characteristic university spirit is essential to establish the first class university in the world. U- niversities are a kind of independent cultural organization, so the university spirit is basically a combination of humanity spirit, scientific spirit, independent probing spirit and critic spirit. The crisis of spirit in our universities nowadays makes it necessary to rebuild university spirit. We can take some steps like these. Firstly, to strengthen the construction of campus spiritual civilization; secondly, to guide the spiritual needs in campus; thirdly, to emphasize the education of science and humanities; to dig the spiritual resources from traditional culture; finally, to organize active dialogues about university spirit; to establish and perfect the system of mod- em universities.
