气相色谱内标法分析啤酒中乙醇的含量

摘　　要：以乙酸正戊酯为内标物,根据纯乙醇和乙酸正戊酯配制的标准溶液,进行实验分析,求出相对校正因子,在同样的条件下,将适量乙酸正戊酯作为内标物加入到啤酒中,实验后,得出样品溶液中乙醇和乙酸正戊酯的峰面积,再根据内标法的计算公式,求出啤酒中乙醇的含量。实验表明,该方法的准确度高。This text it expounds the fact to be for mark thing inside, according to pure ethanol and second sour straight fifth standard solution that ester compounded with second sour straight fifth ester, carry on experimental analysis, ask out the relative straight factor of result, under the same condition, mark things to add in Tsingtao beer while regarding right amount sour straight fifth ester of second as, go on experimental analysis, draw of the the sample solution the area of peak of the ethanol and sour straight fifth ester of second, and then according to mark calculation formula of law inside, is it produce purity of beer to ask. The same condition analyses many times, draws the accuracy of this method, confirm the dependability of the method again.
