摘　　要：“一村一名大学生计划”是我国解决“三农”问题的一项教育实验,需要各级政府政策成本的支持。在政府统筹规划下,电大与有关行政部门分工协作、齐抓共管,是“一村一名大学生计划”实施的有效途径。＂The plan of a college student in one village＂ as an educational experiment for the solution of ＂agriculture, the rural areas, and the peasants＂, should get the support from the government at all levels. Under the general guidance of the government, the cooperation and management of TV University and some institutions is an effective way of carrying out of ＂the plan of a college student in one village＂.
