摘　　要：目的探讨缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的氪离子激光治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院应用氪激光全视网膜光凝治疗的缺血型中央静脉阻塞102眼的临床资料。结果102眼缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞中73眼有效,占71.56%;27眼好转,占26.47%;2眼因玻璃体出血,继发新生血管性青光眼或并发白内障失明而无效,占1.97%。结论对于缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的患者应尽早实行全视网膜光凝术治疗,确保有效光斑的总数与密度是全视网膜光凝术成功的关键。Objective To probe the effect of laser treatment on ischemic type of center retinal vein occlusion.Methods Ischemic type of center retinal vein occlusion in 102 eyes treated with American COHERENT Krypton laser panretinal photocoagulation in ocular clinic of our hospital,were analysed clinically and retropectively.Results Ischemic type of central retinal vein occlusion,visual acuity were improved in 73 eyes efficiently(71.56%);20 eyes were improved(19.60%);visual acuity in 9 eyes was not changed(8.84%)because of vitreous hemorrhage,secondary glaucoma or complicated cataract.Conclusions The panretial photocoagulation appears to be the first choice for ischemic type of central retinal vein occlusion.The eartly photocogulation is,the betther the effect is.Their apeutic positio and vollume of laser burn is of extreme importance in success of laser panretinal phtotocoagulation.
