摘 要:核心竞争力是企业获得和保持竞争优势的源泉。20世纪90年代以来,学者们对核心竞争力进行了大量的研究。目前核心竞争力的综述类文献主要涉及核心竞争力的概念、特征和构成要素方面。随着研究的深入,本文对原有的研究领域继续充实和完善,并着重对核心竞争力识别、评价、培育和应用方面的研究成果进行了归纳整理。在后续研究中应坚持规范化和可操作化的基本研究方向,并对其动态演化进行深入研究。The core competence is the source that corporations obtain and keep competitive advantages. Since 1990s, researchers have carried on a large amount of research about the core competence. So far, survey documents about the core competence mainly consist of the concept, the characteristics and the elements. With the deepening studying, this paper continues substantiating and perfecting the existing achievements and mainly focuses on the research results on discerning, appraising, cultivating and applying the core competence. It is the basic research direction of standardization and being easy to operate that researchers should stand by in the following study. In addition, the further study to the dynamic evolvement of the core competence is essential.
