摘 要:从新疆6种豆科作物病株或周围病土样上分离得到77个丝核菌(RhizoctoniaDC)菌株,其中74个为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solaniKühn)。对74个立枯丝核菌菌株的菌丝融合群(AG群)判定表明,新疆6种豆科作物上的立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群有AG1、AG2、AG3、AG4、AG5,其出现频率分别为21.6%、40.5%、1.4%、35.1%和1.4%。6种豆科作物立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群组成各有不同。Seventy - seven isolates of Rhizoctonia spp. were isolated from diseased tissues and soil in six Leguminaceous crops in Xinjiang, China. Seventy - four isolates were identified as Rhizoctonia solani. According to the test of anastomosis groups ( AGs ), seventy - four isolates of Rhizoctonia solani were categorized as follows: AG1, AG2,AG3,AG4, AG5. The occurrence frequency was21.6% ,40.5%, 1.4% ,35.1% and 1.4% respectively. Anastomosis Groups Rhizoctonia solani isolated from six Leguminaceous crops have different composition.
