羟基喜树碱诱导肺癌细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘　　要：通过设计不同浓度的羟基喜树碱(HCPT)处理体外培养的肺癌细胞,采用形态学与生化特征的观察及流 式细胞仪进行检测．实验结果显示:羟基喜树碱(HCPT)能诱导肺癌细胞发生凋亡,且这种凋亡的作用与HCPT的 浓度和作用时间有关．Through study on HCPT apoptosis - inducing action on externally - cultured lung cancer cell, HCPT with different concentrations are designed to deal with externally -cultured lung cancer cells, which are inspected throngh morphology and biochemistry and examined with flow cytometry （FCM）. The experiment shows：different experiments show that HCPT can really induce apoptosis to lung cancer cell, which is affected by the concentration of HCPT and by the time of action and basis is provided for lung cancer treatment.
