摘　　要：本文从实际情况出发,探讨了目前工程建设监理工作中存在的一些问题,并分析这些问题对工程建设监理工作健康发展的不利影响以及这些问题对建设工程质量的负面作用。针对这些问题,提出要加强政府监督并规范业主行为,同时也要规范监理市场,避免恶性竞争。This article discussed some problems exiting in today＇s engineering supervision based on the substantial situation. And the negative effects to the engineering supervision and the quality of construction engineering have been analyzed. To solve the problems, some suggestions were presented.
