摘　　要：本文首先对物流人才的定义进行概述,归并了第四方物流、第五方物流的概念,然后分析我国当前物流人才需求情况,最后对物流人才教育现状及物流人才的认证培训进行介绍,同时指出物流人才教育中存在的一些主要问题及解决办法。The definition of logistics talents was briefly introduced firstly and the demand for logistics talents in China was analyzed. By introducing present status of logistics education in China and certificate training for logistics talents, some main problems in logistics education were pointed out and the corresponding solving methods were presented in the end.
