摘  要:以铝电解烟道灰代替Al2O3-SiC-C系耐火材料中的工业氧化铝和石墨,采用正交实验的方法,探讨了各种物料加入量对耐火材料性能的影响。实验表明:烟道灰、SiC.抗氧化剂的加入量(%)分别为13~14、9~10、4左右。A test has been done on using flue dust from aluminum electrolyser as starting materials instead of industrialalumina and graphite to produce Al2O3-SiC-C system refractories. The adding amount of the flue dust, SiC and antioxidation agent is 13%~14%, 9%~11 % and 4% respetively. The test result showed that its properties were as good as those of refractories which used industrial alumina and graphite as starting materials, and further its cold bending strength of 8.4 MPa was superior to the similar product from Japan and other domestic Plants.
